Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Have the opportunity to learn how to perform each front of the house and back of the house position with proficiency.
•Work with your store’s management team to achieve all budgeted financial goals, including income, sales, costs, etc.
•Participate in the responsibility of inventory maintenance and appropriate receiving procedures as set by Malnati Organization. Assist with ordering.
•Take on the responsibility of accurate and timely payroll input with support of your management team.
•Learn how to implement and supervise proper cash management for your location including checking out, balancing and making the daily cash income deposit.
•Provide timely feedback to your managers regarding service failures or customer concerns.
•Any other responsibilities as may be assigned.

•Ability to work varied hours/days including holidays. Ability to work extra days and hours when circumstances required.
•Previous restaurant management experience a plus.
•College degree a plus.
