Primary Responsibilities include but not limited to:
•New Hire Paperwork Compliance
oAdminister distribution of new hire paperwork to locations.
oReview completed new hire paperwork to ensure compliance especially I-9 forms.
oCommunicate with store locations on any missing or incorrect new hire paperwork.
oEnter new hire information into the payroll system.
•Motor Vehicle and Auto Insurance Compliance
oReview all motor vehicle requests.
oRun motor vehicle requests.
oReview motor vehicle requests to certify they meet our insurance company’s requirements.
oUpdate motor vehicle and auto insurance information in the payroll system.
•Certificate of Insurance Compliance
•Assist Payroll with Data Entry
•Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•Compliance background preferred.
•Requires attention to detail and ability to demonstrate a high degree of quality and accuracy in work performance.
•Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships internally and externally at all levels.
•Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
•Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
•Ability to work well on special projects within time sensitive deadlines, and under pressure.
•Must have the ability to handle highly sensitive information in a confidential manner
