Location: Chicago - Gold Coast
Must be available to work days.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks responsibly to patrons of bar and restaurant following standard recipes.
•Responsible for totaling bill, accepting payment and making correct change for customers.
•Request identification from customers when legal age is questioned.
•Stock bar with par of liquor, beer and wine.
•Count out bank and register at beginning and end of shift.
•Clean glassware and stock bar with appropriate amount of glasses.
•Serve customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
•Knowledge of menu/description of food and prices.
•Serve our delicious food with a smile and a kind word.
•Any other responsibilities as may be assigned.
•Must be of legal age to dispense alcohol.
•Exemplary hospitality skills (friendly, courteous, anticipate the needs of our customers and exceed them).
•Must be able to work with minimum amount of supervision under stressful conditions.
•Ability to work varied hours/days including holidays. Ability to work extra days and hours when circumstances require.
•Must be TIPS or BASSET certified based on village or city requirements.
