Location: Naperville - Downtown
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Greet, welcome and seat customers and answer questions in a friendly, outgoing, warm and welcoming manner.
•Assist in determining flow of the restaurant and seating. Watch seating for effective service.
•Accommodate any special needs of our guests, for example, booster chairs, highchairs, disabilities.
•Seat customers, cross-sell, and note specials of the day.
•Take drink orders, bus tables and provide assistance to our dining room servers when necessary.
•Responsible for totaling bill, accepting payment and making correct change for customers.
•Interact with customers and co-workers in a friendly, helpful and efficient manner.
•Maintain proper cash procedures and checkout of cash drawer properly.
•Provide timely feedback to your supervisor regarding service failures or customer concerns.
•Any other responsibilities as may be assigned.
•Exemplary hospitality skills (friendly, courteous, anticipate the needs of our customers and exceed them).
•Must be able to work with minimum amount of supervision under stressful conditions.
•Ability to take orders and process information and goods through computer system and register system.
•Ability to work varied hours/days including holidays. Ability to work extra days and hours when circumstances require.
•Ability to use math and apply concepts such as percentages to practical situations.
•Ability to process information and goods through computer system and register system.
•Previous cashier experience a plus.
•Ability to lift, move, handle, push or pull goods throughout the location generally weighing 0-50 pounds.
•Ability to stand, reach, bend, kneel, stoop, climb and move about the facility; ability to stand approximately 90% of workday; manual dexterity.
