My first visit to Lou's was in 1971, just days after you opened in Lincolnwood. Home from college on spring break, I was dating a girl who lived just a block or two from the restaurant. The girlfriend turned out to be short term, but nearly 40 years later the relationship with Lou's is still going strong.
