Born in Chicago and currently live in Kansas City area. I grew up on Dues and have recently become a Lou's convert. On a trip to southern Wisconsin we made the trip down to your Grayslake/Gurnee location and was very impressed. The tomato topping was incredible and I love your crust. Recently celebrated my wife's 50 birthday downtown Chicago and we kicked of the events with lunch at Lou's just off Wacker Drive. You guys are the best and we need you in Kansas.
