Several years ago I was traveling through Chicago on business with a co-worker. I convinced him that the world's best pizza was at Lou's in Elk Grove village. Unconvinced, he went with me. By the end of the pizza he agreed it was, hands down, the best he had ever eaten. I have since ordered a dry ice delivery to Portland, Oregon where I now live. I hope to get back to Chicago some day to get the fresh version again. Mmmmmmm!
