Construction on our new Phoenix pizzeria is moving right along, and we’re still on track for a mid-May opening! Check out our latest photos for a sneak peek of what this pizzeria will look like once finished.
It’s going to be a looker!
Do you see those newly installed pizza ovens in the upper left corner? You can almost smell the pizza, right?!
We’re hiring in Phoenix! Attend any of our four job fairs to apply in person. View more info here.

Our rehearsal dinner was at Lou Malnati’s original location on Lincoln on August 11, 1973. The pizza was great then and continues to be great every time we visit Malnati’s when we return to Chicago. We’ve lived in AZ since 1979. We never miss a visit to Malnati’s on our trips home. So, you can only imagine how crazy happy we are knowing that Lou Malnati’s will be a car ride away in Phoenix. We are thrilled! Thank you!!!! Deb and Stu Low
Thanks so much for your comment, Debra! We look forward to serving you soon in Phoenix!
I cannot wait. No more ordering frozen pizza online
We moved here to AZ 22 years ago from the Chicago area, and ALWAYS go to Lou’s 2x a year when we visit. We are so happy!! The number one best pizza in the USA!
Lou’s is my favorite!!! I grew up on Lou’s, had many dates at Lou’s, my brother’s rehearsal dinner was at Lou’s. We moved to AZ 13 years ago and have Lou’s at least twice every time we come home and bring pizzas back with us on the plane. It’s THE BEST!!! Cannot wait! We WILL be standing in line when you open the doors. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for coming to AZ!!!
I am so happy to get a Lou’s in the Phoenix area. I have loved Lou’s pizza since I first had it when your restaurant first opened on Higgins Rd. I can’t wait to bring all of my friends to have the best pizza ever made!
I moved to Lincolnwood in 1971, down the street on Lincoln Ave… Spent many dates in that pizza place. I live in Phoenix and now will be a bicycle ride away from Lou’s .. Having a basket put on my bike Now! ☮
I lived in Skokie and always went to the Lincolnwood location. I am sooooooo very excited about this Phoenix location. I just can’t wait and yes…I did smell the pizza from the pizza over picture above!

We also had our rehearsal dinner @ Lou Malnati’s, many great memories, looking forward to eating @ Lou’s in Phoenix!
As a former Northsider and perennial Cubs fan, I could not be happier about Lou’s arrival into the Phoenix market – I think you’re going to be about 2 miles from my house (which is ideal!)… Is there any chance to be a part of the soft opening dates, etc?? Please let me know…
When will the delivery area and border/range be determined?
Please, please, please hurry! We live in Tucson but are already planning our first trip to the new Lou’s!!
Just wow! and I can’t wait. Former Chicagoan and lifetime Cubs fan. Anxiously awaiting the opening date. Thanks so much for coming to Phoenix first! My last trip to Lou’s was in December ’15 during a trip to Chicago. Love your Naperville store.
The first location I visited was in Elk Grove in 1972! I was hooked. I used to drive from Merrilville, IN to Elk Grove for carry out too. I have made my wife a fan (she’s from Ohio and didn’t know GREAT Pizza). She now plans a night at a Lou’s location everytime we go to Chicago. I’ve lived in the Phoenix area since 1977 and can’t wait to get one in and two to go!
