With the help of many volunteers, we set up shop in the middle of the track and served up over 1,800 slices of our famous deep dish as part of the Season Ticket Holder Trackside Party.
We are proud to support this team as they raise awareness for pediatric cancer and we’re also proud to join them in the fight through the Lou Malnati’s Cancer Research Fund. We’re supporting Chicago Archbishop Blase J. Cupich in a friendly bet for a good cause with Bishop Robert N. Lynch of the Diocese of St. Petersburg.
In the (unlikely) event the Blackhawks lose the series to the Tampa Bay Lightning, we’ll ship enough of our famous deep dish pizza to feed 300 guests of the Pinellas Hope homeless shelter in Tampa Bay. And if the Blackhawks take The Cup, Bishop Lynch has committed to send grapefruit to St. Leo’s Residence for Veterans here in Chicago.
Whether The Cup goes to the Blackhawks or the Lightning, we’re happy to support a good cause. Our deep dish will be taking a trip to Tampa Bay either way… but we still want that grapefruit and The Cup in Chicago!

The opening of Lincoln Square/North Center Lou’s is just days away. As we add those last finishing touches, we’re also looking back at how far our newest pizzeria has come.
