Cheers to 2011!
2010 is quickly coming to a close and what a year it has been!  Because of your continuous support, we were able to open new carry-out locations in Tinley Park and Bolingbrook, raise funds and awareness for cancer research, improve our company as a whole to better serve our outstanding customers and much much more!  The end of the year is not just a time for reflection but also a time to give thanks to everyone that has helped us get to where we are today.  We don't think of our customers as people that just come in to enjoy our deep dish, we have come to think of you as members of our family.  We do our best to provide you with the most pleasant and memorable deep dish experience possible.  Our goal is to make sure that you are not only enjoying your food, but you are receiving top-notch service and having a great time.  You are the reason we don't see what we do as work!  We love what we do because we truly do have the best customers.  Thank you so much for your continuous support!!  We have some big things in store for 2011 and we are excited and honored to share those moments with you.  So here’s to the New Year and everything it has in store for us - cheers to 2011!

A Taste of Chicago

We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday filled with quality family time, lots of laughter and fantastic food.  We've received messages from numerous fans telling us how Lou's played a special part in their holiday traditions - in Chicago as well as across the US!  While most Chicagoans know about our Priority Pizza division, we can't help but wonder how many fans don't know that we ship our deep dish nationwide.  For this reason, we wanted our fans to sound off with regards to Tastes of Chicago:

'Tis the Season
Even though the air is colder, there's something about the holiday season that warms your heart.  When you're a child, the holidays tend to revolve around the gifts you receive but as you get older, you start to realize that it's really about spending time with those that make your life enjoyable. Not just your family members (admit it, you actually do like them) but your friends as well.  I've always been the type of person that's loved giving gifts.  The feeling of contributing to the happiness of someone that's close to you is amazing and unlike anything else.  While giving and receiving gifts is nice, spending time with loved ones is wonderful.  How do you plan on spending the holidays this year?  We plan on spending the time with family, friends, a couple of deep dish pizzas and maybe a cookie pizza....
