Today marks the 44th anniversary of Earth Day and at Lou’s, we strive 365 days a year to research, recognize, and implement the most environmentally conscious restaurant practices developed so that we can reduce our impact on the environment.

Thank you for your efforts! Some additional advice: when customers ask for their uneaten food to be packaged in a to-go container, do not wrap the container in a plastic bag unless the customer asks! The bags seem unnecessary to me.
