On Monday, June 30th, Lou Malnati’s Internet Marketing Specialist, Meghan Ristau, gave a brief presentation at Mashable.com’s Social Media Day Chicago at Rockit Bar & Grill about Lou’s social media strategy and successes.
Social media has provided us with endless opportunities and ways for us to share our message with Lou’s fans all over the nation. This past year alone has been filled with many memorable moments for us – from our response to Jon Stewart dissing Chicago’s beloved deep dish to celebrating being named “Best Pizza in Chicago” in Eater Chicago’s poll, our fans have been with us every step of the way.
At the end of the night, Lou Malnati’s was honored with the 2014 Chicago Social Media Campaign of the Year in recognition for our efforts. However, we would like to thank you… yes, YOU! Thank you for engaging with us, thank you for joining the conversation, thank you for being social!
