Lou's gluten-free crust pizzas are prepared in a sterile environment, but are finished in our kitchen where wheat and wheat products are present.

For the pasta fanatic! We fold cream and romano cheese into our homemade meat sauce then stir in penne and bake it all with fresh mozzarella cheese. 

Ravioli - Four Cheese *

Delicious double-stuffed jumbo raviolis filled with a blend of romano, parmesan, asiago, and ricotta cheese.  Served with your choice of marinara or meat sauce.

Pasta Louie
Fettuccini tossed in Mama Malnati's family recipe cream sauce, then baked with mozzaella on top.

Romaine lettuce topped with romano cheese, ripe tomatoes, shaved parmesan, and fresh baked croutons. Served with Caesar dressing.
