We are committed to making a positive contribution to the communities we are a part of. Whether it’s through serving pizza at a community fundraising event, sponsorships, or donations, we want to help. You’ll find our delicious deep dish at many local events, and the Lou Malnati’s managers you see on site are the same people you will see at your local Lou’s when you’re out for pizza on a Friday night. When you see us out in your community, be sure to stop by and say hello!

Since 1971, the Malnati family has hosted an annual one-day charity event. Lou and Jean Malnati first started the event as a scholarship fund for local athletes to Wake Forest University in the name of Brian Piccolo. After Lou died of cancer in 1978, Jean carried on the annual tradition in Lou's name and the focus was changed to raising money for cancer research.
In the past 10 years, the Lou Malnati's Cancer Research Fund has raised more than $3 million to benefit organizations who are dedicated to finding a cure for cancer. Our annual event is typically held in the fall. Look for an update or an annoucement for the date and theme in the summer. Learn more ›
