The first Lou Malnati's opened in Lincolnwood on March 17, 1971 and here we are 40 years later with 32 locations across the Chicagoland. We could not have reached this milestone without our loyal customers and incredibly dedicated employees-we actually have 4 that have been with us the entire 40 years!
