Celebrating 50 Years

As we embark on our 50th year, we take pride in the fact that while plenty has changed since 1971, we have stayed true to our roots through our dedication to quality, hospitality and serving up deep dish delights!

On March 17, 1971, Lou and his wife Jean, opened our first deep dish pizzeria in Lincolnwood, a northern suburb of Chicago. From that restaurant, a recipe for success was created and a legacy was born and continues today through Lou’s sons Marc and Rick, and a team devoted to deep dish.
