Our team just got back from California, where they visited the fields to see and taste this year’s tomato harvest firsthand.
Once the tomatoes are ready, they’re canned immediately to lock in their freshness and flavor. Those are the same tomatoes we use throughout the year that make our fan favorite sauce.
