AZ Central Names Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria A Winner of the State of Arizona Top Workplaces 2026 Award

CHICAGO – (June 28, 2026) — Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2026 honor by AZ Central. The recognition is based entirely on employee feedback collected through a confidential, third‑party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The survey measures key aspects of the employee experience, including feelings of being respected and supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute.

Lou Malnati’s is among the 67 organizations with more than 500 employees in Arizona that earned recognition this year. In total, 165 companies were honored statewide.

Founded in 1971 and family owned for more than five decades, Lou Malnati’s has built its business around a culture emphasizing teamwork, care, and integrity. These values guide how team members collaborate, support one another, and serve guests across the company’s pizzerias.
