Summer is in full swing and we’ve added two special menu items that are the perfect compliment to a warm summer night.

Our May Sandwich of the Month was such a hit that we are extending it through the end of June.  If you haven’t tried our California Turkey Burger yet, now is your chance!  Chargrilled, lean turkey burger served on a whole wheat bun with lettuce, tomatoes, pickle, sliced avocado topped with a spicy honey mustard sauce.  Served with your choice of fries or fresh fruit and cottage cheese.

We are also welcoming the return of our very popular Buffalo Chicken & Watermelon Salad!  A mix of fresh, seasonal greens lightly tossed with a sweet balsamic vinaigrette and topped with cubes of watermelon, chunks of tender, buffalo chicken breast and gorgonzola cheese.  The combination of sweet, savory and spicy make this dish the perfect salad for summer.

These items are not available at our Lawndale pizzeria or carryout locations.  California Turkey Burger is served with your choice of potato chips or fresh fruit and cottage cheese at our Lincoln Park and Evanston cafés.

On Monday, April 14th, Lou Malnati’s employees gathered together for the annual tradition of planting flowers for our outdoor cafés. But what should have been a glorious spring day and an opportunity to get some much needed fresh air turned into a cold and dreary event. In fact, we had to move it inside our warehouse!

Mother Nature, how can you be so cruel? On the plus side, when the weather does cooperate we’ll be ready to go! Welcome the return of warm weather by dining al fresco at one of Lou Malnati’s nine outdoor patios! See our options below.
