Almost five months ago, we broke ground on the site of our newest pizzeria on Chicago’s south side, less than a mile away from Midway Airport. Today, the walls are up, the plans are laid, and we are well on our way to an early May opening!

Lou Malnati’s Midway will be a full-service restaurant and bar, offering dine-in, delivery, carryout, and catering of Chicago’s best deep dish pizza from Lou Malnati’s.
