Last summer, we announced the location of our third Arizona pizzeria, Lou Malnati’s Scottsdale! Today, construction is under way and this pizzeria is slated for a fall 2018 opening.

Join Arizona District Manager, Mike Sterner, and Director of Facilities & Real Estate, Sasha Milosavljevich, for a sneak peek at ongoing construction of Lou Malnati’s Scottsdale, located at 17787 North Scottsdale Road.

Lou Malnati’s Scottsdale will be our largest Arizona pizzeria to date, at 10,000 square feet, including an outdoor patio area. The pizzeria will include a full bar along with dine-in, carryout, delivery, and catering services.

It may not look like much now, but in just a few short months, we will be ready to serve our famous deep dish pizza to the people of Scottsdale!

Lou Malnati’s Arcadia is open for business at 4pm!

Our second pizzeria outside of Chicagoland is located in Phoenix’s Arcadia neighborhood at 3431 North 56th Street at the southeast corner of Indian School Road and 56th Street.

What makes this pizzeria different from our first Phoenix restaurant? As a carryout and delivery only location, Lou Malnati’s Arcadia does not offer seating, but will make it even easier for Phoenix’s deep dish pizza lovers to pick up their favorite Chicago-style pizza or have it delivered!

Stop by Lou Malnati’s Arcadia today at 4pm and help us celebrate our grand opening with, what else but, PIZZA! See you there.

Lou Malnati’s is partnering with The Duce to bring a slice of Chicago to downtown Phoenix!

On Saturday, April 1st, from 11am – midnight, The Duce will be packed with Chicago-style food, drinks, and fun for Cubs die-hards and Chicagophiles alike.

And guess what? Entrance into this Wrigleyville-inspired tailgate is FREE!

We’re packing up our pizza ovens and heading to The Duce to cook our famous deep dish pizza on site, so you can enjoy piping hot, fresh pizza by the slice!

In addition to Lou Malnati’s deep dish pizza, you’ll find…

• Old Style beer, courtesy of Crescent Crown
• Authentic Chicago hot dogs (remember, hold the ketchup!)
• A Prairie Vodka lemonade stand
• Gary Poppins Gourmet Popcorn

We know you’re excited about the food because…deep dish pizza, right? But there will also be a live DJ so you can get your dance on, an all-day cornhole tournament, and you’ll be able to score some one-of-a-kind merchandise at the Cubs vintage clothing shop.

You can feel good about enjoying all of this food and fun because a portion of the day’s food, drink, and retail proceeds will benefit Phoenix Children’s Hospital, an organization that we were also proud to support at one of our Lou Malnati’s Phoenix soft opening events last May.
