You read that right, this winter we’ll be opening a carryout, delivery, and catering location at 6240 Mulford Village Drive in Rockford, IL.

We are honored to have the opportunity to make some new friends in the Rockford community and look forward to serving our legendary Chicago-style deep dish pizza for years to come!

In Episode 1 of our Building Scottsdale video series, we had just started construction on our newest pizzeria, located at 17787 North Scottsdale Road, and only the bare bones were completed.

Today, in Episode 2, we get to show off our bar, carryout area, and more! Check out our progress…

Lou Malnati’s Scottsdale will be our largest Arizona pizzeria to date, at 10,000 square feet, including an outdoor patio area. The pizzeria will include a full bar along with dine-in, carryout, delivery, and catering services.

This week, we are beginning construction to transform our Tinley Park carryout at 9501 W 171st Street into a full-service restaurant with a brand new dining room!

We are building this addition in the adjacent retail space and plan to complete the project in early November.

Currently, our Tinley Park pizzeria offers carryout, delivery, and catering. The planned addition to the existing space will not only give customers the option to dine-in, but provide seasonal outdoor seating, a full bar, and an event space for special occasions.

Our existing Tinley Park carryout and delivery space will remain open for normal hours throughout construction and we do not anticipate any special closures or inconveniences for our customers.

We have been serving our delicious deep dish pizza to the Tinley Park community since 2009 and we are excited to provide a new gathering place for years to come!

Last summer, we announced the location of our third Arizona pizzeria, Lou Malnati’s Scottsdale! Today, construction is under way and this pizzeria is slated for a fall 2018 opening.
