Lou Malnati’s Midway opens TODAY, May 2, 2017 at 4pm!

The newest Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria is located at 6456 South Cicero Avenue, less than a mile away from Midway Airport at the intersection of 65th & Cicero Avenue. This full-service restaurant and bar offers dine-in, carryout, delivery (within zone), and catering of Chicago’s best deep dish pizza.

We have been following along with construction progress since early March with Lou Malnati’s Director of Facilities & Real Estate, Sasha Milosavljevich, in our Building Midway video series, and today, we’re turning it over to Marc Malnati for a tour of the completed restaurant. Check it out!

Lou Malnati’s Midway is opening in just one week on Tuesday, May 2nd!

We’ve been following along with construction progress at the site of our newest pizzeria located near Midway Airport for the past few months, and in Episode 3 of our Building Midway video series, this restaurant really comes together! Check it out below.

In Episode 1 of our Building Midway video series, we saw the bare bones of our new restaurant, located just outside Midway Airport, but had to imagine what it was going to become. In Episode 2, the bar is up, the bricks are laid, and guess what? We’re going to be making pizzas real soon!

Almost five months ago, we broke ground on the site of our newest pizzeria on Chicago’s south side, less than a mile away from Midway Airport. Today, the walls are up, the plans are laid, and we are well on our way to an early May opening!

All Lou Malnati’s locations will be CLOSED on Thanksgiving Day. Normal business hours will resume on Friday, November 25th.

We’re throwin’ it back with this photo…Lou might have been best-known for his delicious deep dish pizza, but he knew how to cook a mean Thanksgiving turkey, too!

At Lou Malnati’s Flossmoor, we have been serving up deep dish pizza for a little over a week since our opening on October 12th, but Marc Malnati was officially welcomed back to the area at a formal ribbon cutting ceremony with Mayor Braun and Chamber of Commerce officials yesterday afternoon.

After the first Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria in Flossmoor closed in 1978, this opening is especially sweet for the Malnati family, because this time, deep dish is here to stay!

If you haven’t stopped by our newest carrout yet, the ribbon has been cut and we are officially open for business! Lou Malnati’s Flossmoor is located at 3315 Vollmer Road in the Flossmoor Commons Centre, offering carryout, delivery (within zone), and catering.

Boy, does it feel good to be back in Flossmoor!
