This is great, however I do not understand how users who ‘bought’ the rewards card previously can carry over their purchase balance.
Hello Ginger, The $20 deposit you made when enrolling in the Deep Dish Dough program was added back to your Deep Dish Dough card for you to use on a future purchase. If you have not already used the $20 on a purchase, you will have until October 11, 2016 to do so. If you have any additional questions, please let us know!
How do my points from my Deep Dish Dough card transfer over? I see they are supposed to, but there’s no way to link the card to the new app to make that happen.
Hi Kristen, in order for your points to transfer to our new program, you just have to sign up for the new app with the same email address you used to sign up for Deep Dish Dough in the first place. If you’re still having trouble, please contact us and we will make sure you get those points.
First, the store I wanted to pick up order at had internet trouble and didnt process my order after I inputed all info for ordering. The app should stop me or warn me when store is having this issue up front so i do not waste my time entering in my lengthy order. After i chose other location,
I entered my credit card info to order pizza on the app and had my sister pick up pizza. Well when she got to the store, she had to pay at the store. I do not understand why it didnt process and why store had not contact me when my telephone number was given if any issue processing. Since she paid with her card, now the amount we spent today will not go toward getting this reward?

OK I am really annoyed, I had a loyalty number, now I have to have a phone. OK so get with the times, I get it. but really why cant the old numbers be grandfathered in? What is up with making me take photos of my receipts?
This transition has really sucked, you need to fire whoever managed it, or at least not give them bonuses for good work, I am really disappointed that there is no place for me to enter my rewards number in the signup or registration phase, and where is my purchase and bonus history how do I get to it? That the transition requires so much effort on my part really also sucks.
Your programmers should have transitioned and still allowed me to use my number as an ID (what difference does it make what the unique identifier is?).
I am very disappointed in your management of this, and as probably one of your best individual customers, (as shown by my rewards number 710195527952590) I am especially disappointed that you didn’t reach out to me (and other good customers) to transfer me well before I had to take a photo of a receipt to prove a transaction.

Hello Apurva, thank you for your comment. When you sign up for the new rewards program, you will be asked to link a credit or debit card to your account. When you use this linked card to make purchases at any Lou Malnati’s location, you will automatically earn one point for every dollar spent (excluding tip). Does the $20 reward only apply to the next purchase, or does the remaining balance remain on the account like it did on the Dough Card? (Spend $15, $5 remaining for next purchase)

AR really sucks already it did not recognize my password and then said i had an invalid email when requesting forgot password.. Also why do you need access to my photos on my phone and my media files. You are using a start up company financed by venture capitalists and using our info for them to sell. I have deleted the ap already and need to know what my new account number is as my old number does not show my recent purchases. Adios once i spend what i earned. For a customer to have to spend so much crapping around does not speak highly of your customer service.

I was told I didn’t need to give my card info by an employee i was told all i need was to take a picture of the receipt because I don’t use my card I use cash to pay for pizza and when I went to take the picture it just takes me to a help page because I haven’t given my card info which i’m not gonna do because I don’t want to risk someone hacking into my phone and getting that info so who’s ever idea this was should rethink it

Confusing doesn’t even describe it. Not happy about new app. When I went to pick up pizza I handed her my Dough card and was informed the program had switched. Was told there was no money on card but when I got home I checked and it said $10. Tried to add receipt to app and couldn’t figure it out. Emailed on June 6, auto response, Haven’t heard back. This new app is like having a second job! Not liking the fact I had to add my charge card number also.

Hi Jeff, if you’re using the app on your smartphone, you can tap the button that says “Send photo of receipt,” and attach or take a photo of the receipt. If you’re using the website, log in at thanx.com/loumalnatis, then click the link that says “Send photo of receipt.” If you have any trouble, please let us know!
Orders never appear in the history unless I email the receipt. Used my $20 reward and low and behold, it didn’t get applied either.

So I just realized that after months of paying cash for my pizza that even though I ordered thru the application I have not received credit since May. No one asked me when I went to my local place that I go to all the time for a card or anything. This kinda stinks because I only found maybe 2 of my confirmation emails since gmail deletes all trash after 30 days. Really bummed I was really on my way to my reward. Not sure I will bother anymore.

The app is very handy, but. It doesn’t allow you to use the credit card you registered, thus having to put in a card everytime, and it doesnt let you tip the delivery driver. Why?
I was just in the Bloomingdale store, and the gentleman helped me with this app. It said I was 97% to my 20.00 but now when I open it, it says I’m way less. So confusing.

The app is cumbersome and not user friendly. From how it was explained to me, I should have been receiving points for all my purchases through online orders, in store, and the like, but I don’t think I have been. I thought it would be like a Jersey Mike’s point card, all you do is show it and they give you points. This has been a frustrating and confusing process for me, made worse from the fact that I have at least qualified for 1-2 rewards due to my bi weekly pizza habit. 🙁 Great pizza though…

Every time the app updates through the Apple AppStore, it logs me out and I can’t immediately use the app when I’m at the restaurant. This time, I can’t even log in – and the “Forgot Password” e-mail is not working. Are the auth servers down?
I downloaded the app and did not recieve the 75 bonus points. I intend on utilizing this app for future bonus orders although I’m currently feeling mislead as the bonus 75 points is not present after creating my account. How can you assist me in this?

It seems the Oak Lawn location has redefined crust crispness in the app/online ordering to mean how well done the cheese is. To avoid the confusion, would it be possible to add a section for how well done the cheese is – either just right, easy bake or well done (burnt)?
