This fall, we will make Carmel home to our second Indiana location!
Since opening in Schererville in 2019, we are excited to expand our footprint in Indiana and make Carmel home to our first location in the Indianapolis area. We are planning to open several stores in the area, including a full-service restaurant in Broad Ripple, coming 2021.
Our new pizzeria is currently under construction at 11435 Spring Mill Road, Suite 170 in Carmel, IN. The 1,550 square foot space will be a carryout and delivery only location, adjacent to Starbucks, and part of The Bridges mixed-use development. The new store does not include a dining room, but will offer curbside pick-up, no-contact delivery, and drop off catering services for hungry fans in the Carmel area.
We are currently seeking to hire approximately 50 local employees for our Carmel pizzeria between kitchen crew, phone staff, and delivery drivers. Interested candidates can check out our open positions and apply online.

For the twenty five years that I have lived in Carmel I’ve been hoping that Lou Malnati’s would bring butter crust pizza to my hometown. I will be among the first in line when you open here in the fall!!
This is the BEST news I’ve heard in ages! Can’t wait to share my love for Lou’s with my friends in Carmel and Indy.
We moved from the far NW Chicago burbs to Indiana and miss Lou’s. We are excited to know one will be an hour away!
I screamed the morning I saw on the news that “The Lou” is coming to Carmel!!! I called my daughter Amanda and we both screamed! She was raised on Lou Malnati’s pizza in Schaumburg Illinois!!! WE’VE DECLARED EVERY FRIDAY TO BE SUPER CARB DAY DEDICATED TO OUR ALL TIME FAVORITE PIZZA!! YES! GOD!
Super excited that Lou’s is coming to Carmel and Indy! Finally a little bit of good news in 2020.
I had some of their pizza last Friday. They brought some to BMW. I was ready to order some over the weekend but couldn’t order online and they don’t have a number yet. Kind of sad when I couldn’t order. Great pizza!
Disappointment tonight. Pizza was delivered in a cold box, with the cheese stuck to the roof of the box and it looked like the driver must have flipped it over as some of the pieces were folded over the others. No excuse for that. I got to the door 1 min after the delivery person rang the bell. He/she was already back in their vehicle.
