Announcing our third location outside of Chicago…Lou Malnati’s Scottsdale!
Our new full service restaurant in Scottsdale is slated for an early summer 2018 opening. This pizzeria will be our largest Arizona location to date, at 10,000 square feet, including an outdoor patio area. The space will include a full bar along with carryout, delivery, and catering services.
Lou Malnati’s Scottsdale will be a part of the Chauncey Lane development, located near Scottsdale Road off AZ State Route 101.
We may still be working on the design for this new pizzeria, but one thing is for sure: We are staying true to our commitment to providing a true taste of Chicago in Arizona! Our made-from-scratch dough, Wisconsin mozzarella cheese, and vine-ripened tomatoes, all staples in our deep dish pizza recipe, will remain the same.
With our first out-of-state location in Phoenix, our second location in Arcadia scheduled to open in September 2017, and now our third location in Scottsdale coming summer 2018, we are looking forward to immersing ourselves in more local communities, while serving our authentic deep dish pizza to the people of Arizona!

I read that this is opening in March, 2018? Not till summer??
Since you didn’t respond to my earlier comment of putting one in the parking lot of my apartment complex; I guess the 3 locations you have will have to do!
