There’s nothing quite like that stretch of mozzarella cheese as you take your first bite of deep dish pizza.
Did you know here at Lou Malnati’s we have sourced our mozzarella cheese from the same dairy farm in Wisconsin for over 40 years? According to Marc Malnati, our relationship with their master cheese makers has truly made us great.

Welcome to Phoenix Lou’s! I’m a Chicago area transplant. You will be seeing me soon.
Born in Chicago area in 1947. Retired now living in Prescott Valley, AZ. Thank you for bringing The Taste of Chicago way out West.
I’m from Lincolnwood, In fact, I worked right across the street when Lou’s opened in 1971, taking over from Novak’s. I’ve always loved your pizza. Well, I went today for the first time since you opened in Phoenix and I gotta tell you that your pizza here is exactly like I remember it. It is FANTASTIC!! I’m thrilled to have Lou’s in Phoenix and, hopefully, you will expand eventually to the East Valley since I live in Chandler. The only suggestion I would make is to offer some sort of seating in your waiting area. It is difficult to wait for a table while standing the whole time (I’m not as young as I used to be.) Otherwise, I can’t wait to go back. thanks!!
Started at Lincolnwood, moved to buffalo grove, now live in fox Lake, we do not have pizza here, we need a lou Malnati’s, fox Lake is starting to boom! Nothing compares!
Just had my husband sneak a Lou’s deepdish on a redeye through Swiss customs. Best pizza on the planet! Been eating it for 40+ years now 🙂
Please, please , please open a Lou’s in Oro Valley northern most part of Tucson. Perfect location. We are Chicago Transplants and members of Barnabas. Would love to see you here. Best Pizza Ever!!

Please open one in Amsterdam! Same reason. My wife and I love it and miss it sooo much! When we visit family back in Chicago we order it at least three nights. Even send Marc a Linkedin message about it already. No luck yet unfortunately… 🙁
please come to San Antonio I’m from Chicago (Schaumburg) northwest San Antonio great place to open a Lou’s ( miss you!!!!! )
Being a Chicago transplant I am looking forward to my first experience with this Chicago pizza. I live in Mesa and have plans on celebrating the end of the Covid19 self quarantine so the people I have in my life can get together and have a great pizza!
Unfortunately that tells me nothing. The cows are totally cramped and we have no idea what they eat. Grass or crap?
Dianne from Chicago suburbs…their thick or thin crust is excellent
I have never been disappointed with my pizza salads or other items!!!
