This tasty pizza is available in deep dish or thin crust for a limited time only, and is made with mozzarella cheese, Lou’s lean sausage and tender Italian beef, slow-roasted in herbs and spices, topped with spicy hot giardiniera and vine-ripened tomato sauce.
On Wednesday, September 26th, PGA Professional Peter Malnati played a round of golf at Oak Park Country Club and hosted a private clinic as part of a charitable contribution to the Lou Malnati’s Cancer Research Benefit.
After golf, and a meal of deep dish pizza at Lou Malnati’s Oak Park, a check was presented to The Northwestern Medicine Lou and Jean Malnati Brain Tumor Institute of the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center of Northwestern University at Northwestern Memorial Hospital on behalf of Peter Malnati for his stellar play on the Web.com Tour this year.
Although there is no relation between Peter Malnati and the Malnati family, we teamed up for a special sponsorship this year which included a monetary donation of $50 for every eagle made by Malnati on tour, and $25 for every birdie.
Thank you to Peter Malnati for helping to support cancer research and treatment programs at the nation’s top Brain Tumor Institute.
