This cold-weather comfort food is made with four cheese ravioli topped with our spicy vodka sauce, made with Lou’s sausage and fresh parsley. Finished with fresh basil and shaved parmesan cheese.
Ravioli with Lou’s Spicy Vodka Sauce is available at our full-service restaurants (excluding Lawndale) and cafés only.
Insider Food took a trip to Lou Malnati’s Oak Park, where they got an inside (see what we did there?) look at how to make a true Chicago-style deep dish pizza.
Check out the video on Insider’s website, but viewer beware…this will make you extremely hungry.
If you’re already having major deep dish cravings right now…Order now and satisfy your craving!
Tickets are hard to come by this late in the game, but fans that make the trip to the convention will enjoy meet and greets with current and former Cubs players, pics with the World Series trophy (how cool is that?), panel discussions, and more!
The three-day event is at the Sheraton Grand Chicago, and guess what? The hotel is conveniently located near multiple downtown Lou Malnati’s locations!
If you’re not staying at the Sheraton, check out all of our locations to see which Lou’s is closest to you! View Locations ›
Take a look at our photo of Lou Malnati and Mr. Cub himself, Ernie Banks! Those were the good old days…
When your Lou Malnati’s pizza delivery comes to the door, piping hot and ready to eat, that feeling of excitement really can’t be beat. Because…deep dish, right?
But if you really pause to think about it, you wouldn’t be eating that deep dish pizza without the work of the delivery driver who brought it to you!
Can you believe 2016 is coming to a close? We can’t either! That’s why we put together a list of a few of our fondest memories from the year, and one thing is for sure: 2016 was one for the books, folks!
This award was given by the Oak Park Disability Access Commission, and Mark was nominated by counselors at Shiners Hospital because of his work with the kids from their Adaptive Sports Camp. In June, he did a pizza making demo with the campers…here at Lou’s, pizza making is most definitely a sport!
Fun fact: this pizza making demo was done with flashlights in the dark restaurant after the power went out due to a summer rainstorm. Mark was not about to miss the opportunity to teach the kids how to make a deep dish pizza just because of a power outage!
As a company, we truly value providing great hospitality, and Mark’s work is a shining example of hospitality at its finest. Way to go, Mark!
