Our second location in Wisconsin, and first full-service restaurant, will open in Brookfield in just a few weeks at 15795 W Bluemound Road. If you want to join our team, we invite you to attend one of our upcoming hiring events to apply in person!
We’ve teamed up with our friends at Weber Grills to show you just how easy it is to grill a frozen Lou Malnati’s deep dish pizza.
Watch as Weber Head Grill Master, Kevin Kolman, shows you step by step how to grill a Lou Malnati’s deep dish pizza.
To grill your pizza on a charcoal grill, using ¾ of a chimney, preheat your grill by placing the charcoal evenly around the outside of the charcoal grate in a complete circle. You’ll be targeting temps at 375-400°. The dampers should be set to about half way open. Place pizza in the center of the grate and use same cooking times as above.
To grill your pizza on a pellet grill, set your Weber SmokeFire up to be anywhere between 375-400° for 10-15 minutes. Place pizza on the top rack, directly in the center of the grill and use same cooking times as above.
Use the same instructions as above, but cook pizzas for 20-25 minutes, again checking for a temperature of at least 165°.
Let us know what you think! Tag your grilled pizza pics on social with #LousxWeber for the chance to be featured on our pages!
There are so many ways to enjoy a pizza from Lou’s and we’re committed to making YOUR pizza, YOUR way. Like our sausage but want easy sausage on your deep dish? No problem! Half spinach and half pepperoni? Done! Extra cheese? You got it!
The safety of our team and our customers remains our number one priority as we open dining rooms at all locations.
Dining room capacity is reduced to allow for proper social distancing. Tables have been moved and removed, some booths have been blocked, and bar seating has been removed. Maximum table occupancy is 6 people.
We perform daily health checks as employees arrive for their shifts.
We are practicing enhanced cleaning protocols including frequently disinfecting all surfaces, proper and frequent hand washing, glove usage, and we are requiring masks for all employees.
Single-use paper menus will be provided to every guest. Shared condiments have been removed from all tables, instead, single-use packets of red pepper, parmesan, etc. can be provided upon request.
Your server will ask if you would like your pizza and salad to be served, or if you prefer to do it yourself. After your meal, your server will ask if you would like your leftovers to be wrapped, or if you prefer to do it yourself.
If you have additional questions about our efforts to safely serve our customers, please contact us.
