You’ll find pizza history like this and much, much more at the “I Love Pizza Exhibit,” now on display at the Niles Public Library!
The exhibit, created by Kendall Bruns, founder of the U.S. Pizza Museum, gives pizza lovers a slice of the history behind their favorite food and features memorabilia, old menus, photos, and more. Let’s not forget, the history of pizza would not be complete without Lou Malnati’s! You’ll find some old school Lou’s memorabilia at the exhibit, too.
The “I Love Pizza Exhibit” is running now through March 31st at the Niles Public Library. Go check it out!
Head to the original Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria in Lincolnwood (just a few miles away from the library) to check out even more pizza history and get a taste of Chicago’s best deep dish pizza!
Heart shaped pizzas will be available in all pizzerias starting Tuesday, February 7th through Valentine’s Day, Tuesday, February 14th.
Pro tip: Avoid the Valentine’s Day rush by ordering your pizza par-baked, or just grab a frozen one from our freezer case. Finish your heart shaped pizza in your oven at home and it’s ready for your Valentine’s Day dinner when you are!
