Our Wilmette pizzeria served slices of deep dish pizza to participants in the 2nd annual Race to Our Place 5K on Saturday, September 19th at Erickson Woods in Winnetka. There were over 200 participants in the race, and what better way to reward the racers for their hard work than with a slice of post-race pizza?!
The funds raised from the race will go to Our Place to fund programming for teens and adults with developmental disabilities. The mission of Our Place is to support teens and adults with developmental disabilities so that they can live meaningful, productive, socially connected lives in their home community.
