Lou Malnati's Oak Lawn pizza making demoOn Monday, February 1st, our Oak Lawn pizzeria helped the Oak Lawn Public Library kick-off their Winter Reading Program by putting on a pizza making demo at the library.

We brought along our deep dish pizza making essentials – pans, dough, cheese, and tomato sauce. Our Oak Lawn team showed the group of about 30 people how to properly pat out the dough (it’s harder than it looks!), lay the cheese, and top with tomatoes. They also learned about the history of Lou Malnati’s, and all of the fundraising programs we offer.

The best part? After the demo, the group got to sample some slices of the finished product. Yum!
