It may have been a cold and snowy January, but our Lou Malnati’s team was still out in full force supporting the communities we’re a part of! Read on to learn about some of our highlights from January!

  1. Feeding 100+ volunteers for the Old Town School of Music Square Roots Festival
The annual festival takes a lot of manpower to put on and raises funds to support the Lincoln Square Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce’s free concerts and farmers markets and Old Town School of Folk Music’s financial aid and outreach programming.
  2. Ensuring Boy Scout Pack 297 lived up to their motto, “be prepared,” for their Pinewood Derby
There was plenty of pizza on hand as the members of Pack 297 competed in the annual derby in Hoffman Estates. You can watch all of the races and see the creative derby cars at https://youtu.be/nblIziO0054.
  3. Feeding volunteers during their training for DuPage County’s annual effort to count the county’s homeless population
The work of these volunteers helps DuPage County provide needed services to the population.
  4. We supported the Township High School District 113 Education Foundation’s Pizza Bowl
The event raises funds so the district can offer more programs to students. Rumor has it our pizza was the most popular of the night!
