Whenever you are ready to begin your fundraiser, your group may begin selling the frozen pizza vouchers. We recommend using this form to track how many each individual in your group has sold.
Purchase the vouchers from Lou Malnati’s for $10 and sell them for up to $20 – keeping the profit of whatever is sold.
Please submit your FINAL order through this link: http://www.loumalnatis.com/coupon-order-form It takes about 2 weeks to get the vouchers once the order is placed. We require payment to be in full prior to shipping vouchers. Please allow at least 2 weeks prior to the date you’d like to receive your vouchers. We recommend groups sell the vouchers first and then submit their final order, as we cannot refund for any unsold or leftover vouchers.
Payment is due before vouchers will be shipped out. An invoice will be emailed once your order has been submitted through the link, with details of where to mail check and who to make the check out to, if preferred we can also set up a credit payment via phone which results in faster turnaround time.
