Chicago’s Legendary Deep Dish Restaurant Signs Lease in Western Suburbs

CHICAGO, March 5 2026 — Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria, has signed a lease in St. Charles, marking its 61st location in the Chicagoland area. The iconic Chicago pizzeria will occupy a former restaurant space in the outlot of the new Fox Haven Square development, located near the northeast corner of Kirk Road and East Main Street. The new restaurant, at 3050 E. Main Street, St. Charles, IL, is anticipated to open in fall 2026.

Pending final plan review and applicable permits and approvals from the City of St. Charles, the 6,200-square-foot establishment will operate as a full-service restaurant and bar, offering dine-in, carryout, and delivery options. The restaurant will feature a main dining room, private dining, a full-service bar, and an outdoor patio, with expected seating for approximately 200 guests.
