Earn one point per dollar spent when you make a purchase at Lou Malnati’s, whether you’re dining in, picking up, or ordering delivery.
Points are awarded based on the subtotal of your order after any discounts have been applied, before tax, gratuity, and any applicable delivery fees, excluding the purchase of gift cards.
Please ensure that you are logged into your rewards account before placing an order through the Lou Malnati's app or online at order.loumalnatis.com. This way, your points will be automatically credited to your account. If you place an order by phone or dine in, please mention that you are a rewards member and provide the phone number associated with your account. We will make sure that you receive the points for your order.
Please allow 48 hours to see the rewards in your account.
Yes, orders purchased with a gift card are eligible to receive points. Points, however, are not earned by purchasing a gift card.
Yes! When calling the store to place your order or dining in simply provide us with your rewards phone number and we will make sure your account is credited for your purchase.
You will only earn points for orders placed directly with Lou Malnati’s. Let’s keep this between us!
Points and any earned rewards expire if you do not place any orders for one year.
Just think, a whole year is a long time to go without your favorite pizza from Lou Malnati’s…we don’t think you’ll have a problem!
The Lou Malnati's rewards program is for orders placed directly with a Lou Malnati's location. Catering orders will not earn rewards points.
Lou Malnati’s Rewards was created specifically for purchases in our pizzerias. You will not earn points for Tastes of Chicago shipping orders.
Earn points to reach a reward, redeemable for a free menu item like a salad, appetizer, pizza, and more!
Earn 150 points and a reward for one of the following will become available:
Earn 200 points and a reward for a medium pizza, your choice of deep dish or thin crust, will become available.
Earn 250 points and a reward for a large pizza, your choice of deep dish or thin crust, will become available.
You can redeem a reward at any Lou Malnati’s location with no minimum purchase whenever and however it is convenient for you, whether that’s dining in, picking up, or ordering delivery.
You can redeem one reward per order.
There is no minimum spend to redeem a reward.
Points are credited to your account post-purchase. If your order earns you a reward, that reward will be available for use on your next purchase.

Look to the bottom of your receipt for a 13-digit code. Enter that code within 30 days of your purchase on the app and the missed points will automatically be credited to your account.
The 13-digit code is located at the bottom of your receipt and it can be entered on the Lou Malnati's app.

Points can take 24-48 hours to be added to your account. If you still do not see your points after 48 hours please email us for further assistance at [email protected].
